Talia Admiraal

Talia joined CCK Lawyers in 2026, having previously practised in South Australia and New South Wales in private practice and in-house roles.

Talia is a Special Counsel in our Transactions Team, with a practice that includes acting as a trusted legal advisor to in‑house teams and business leaders across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.  She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, intellectual property, business growth strategy, and supporting organisations as they expand into new markets both locally and internationally.  Talia delivers clear, commercially grounded advice that helps clients grow, protect and evolve their businesses.

Talia works closely with clients and supports business owners, executives and entrepreneurs at all stages of the business lifecycle, providing timely and practical guidance aligned with commercial objectives.

Talia is also an active contributor to the legal profession and broader community.  She serves on the Board of Mid Hills Netball Association, is a member of the Law Society of South Australia as well as being an elected member of the Law Society's Council, and sits on the Law Society's AI and Data Privacy Committee, contributing to policy development and emerging-technology governance.  Talia is also a member of The Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand Inc. In recognition of her work, she was named Industrial, Materials & Manufacturing Lawyer of the Year (2024).
