oktawia Guz

Oktawia is an experienced member of our estates and succession planning team.

Oktawia has a strong background in preparing applications for probate and letters of administration as well as complex pre-grant proceedings and pre-grant contentious matters.

She works closely with clients in drafting a range of estate planning documents, such as wills, including discretionary testamentary trust wills, powers of attorney and advance care directives.

Oktawia is fluent in two languages, being English and Polish, and has a strong passion for and a significant involvement in the Polish community.

Oktawia is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
