Giuseppe is an associate in our disputes team.

Giuseppe joined CCK Lawyers in January 2025, having previously practised in general litigation at other firms.

Giuseppe has experience working on complex litigation matters in both domestic and international jurisdictions.

Drawing from family interests in the wine industry, Giuseppe has a particular interest in the food, wine and agribusiness sector.

Giuseppe also has an interest in property disputes and sports law.

Giuseppe is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Law Council of Australia.
