Amanda tsui
Amanda is an experienced commercial and tax lawyer and a Senior Associate in our transactions team.
Amanda brings a wealth of experience having practised in commercial and corporate law, and in tax and tax advisory, for more than 10 years.
At CCK Lawyers, Amanda practices in all areas of commercial and corporate transactions including providing strategic and legal advice in connection with commercial sales and acquisitions, private restructures, and franchise agreements.
Amanda also provides tax and tax planning advice to individuals and businesses in both Federal and State jurisdictions, including in connection with capital gains tax, stamp duty, and land tax.
In addition to her extensive legal experience, Amanda is also fluent in three languages, being English, Chinese (Mandarin), and Cantonese.
Amanda is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.
Amanda also serves on the Board of the Hong Kong Australia Business Association South Australia Chapter as Vice President and Membership Chair.
