CCK Lawyers has been proud to partner with Bella Build & Design and the Women’s & Children’s Hospital Foundation in the Beach House project.
Built by Bella Build & Design and located at Encouter Lakes, Victor Harbor, the Beach House is South Australia’s first purpose-built holiday home for children with complex medical needs and life-limiting illnesses. The Beach House is a very special place for these children and their families to create precious memories.
In late-May the construction phase of the home was finished. A nature play space that features beautiful local flora and the interior dressing of the home are the final stages of the project, before the first family is welcomed to the Beach House in late-June.
This extraordinary holiday home has been made possible by the South Australian community and businesses, including ours!
Bella Build & Design generously donated its building services and raised a substantial portion of the funding for the project.
The Beach House was formally opened by His Excellency the Governor on 20 July 2019.
