Patrick was admitted to practice in 2002. He joined Cosoff Cudmore Knox in 2003, and was appointed a partner in the firm in 2010.
Patrick practises in commercial disputes. Patrick has had experience in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including in the areas of insurance, professional liability, information technology, corporate law, building and construction, trade practices and competition and consumer law, and media law.
Patrick has been involved in and responsible for the conduct of complex actions and trials for clients in the Federal Court and superior State Courts, along with several matters interstate and in other jurisdictions.
Patrick has experience acting for, amongst others, brokers, engineers, accountants, builders, property developers, landlords and tenants, software developers, publishers, real estate agents and financial advisers.
Patrick’s science degree specialising in mathematics and computer science, provides him with an ability quickly to understand highly complex and technical issues for clients in an efficient and professional manner.
Patrick is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, a committee member of the SA Chapter of the Australian Insurance Law Association, and a member of the Australian Professional Indemnity Group.
