James Foster

James is one of our exceptionally hard-working disputes lawyers, who has an unwavering focus to consistently achieve client outcomes. 

He brings intelligence and relentlessness, and works closely with our clients to develop the necessary strategies to bring disputes to a successful conclusion.

James also brings a unique perspective and skillset, having had experience in-house at a large corporate defence entity. 

James has over 13 years of litigation experience, and has a consistent track record of success and client satisfaction, with particular knowledge and experience in the construction and engineering space.  James is an asset to the firm and to our clients.

CAITLIN ASHWORTH

Caitlin's journey with CCK Lawyers has been marked by her loyalty, hard work and commitment to personal and firm-wide excellence.  Her dedication to our clients and her colleagues has been an important contributor to our success. 

Caitlin's expertise as a Chartered Tax Adviser and her ongoing commitment to her professional development in her key areas of practice has significantly contributed to our firm's reputation for delivering exceptional service in complex tax and commercial transactional matters. 

In addition to her client-focused work, Caitlin is actively involved in the tax and trust law community.  She is a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners South Australian Governing Committee and is also active within the Tax Institute. 

ALEX HICKS

Alex is an outstanding lawyer who has played a key role in developing our successful estates and succession planning team.  He brings an astute mind to provide practical advice in the areas of asset protection, wealth management, and estate and succession plans for individuals and businesses.

Alex has significant experience in drafting estate planning documentation and preparing probate and letters of administration applications, as well as the administration of deceased estates. 

He also has been regularly involved in the resolution of probate disputes and family provision claims.

Alex’s experience in a range of practice areas has afforded him a well-rounded skill set and Alex prides himself on delivering exceptional advice and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

FIONA HUYNH

Fiona joined CCK Lawyers in 2022, and works closely with Alex in the estates and succession planning team. Since joining CCK, Fiona has demonstrated outstanding qualities in the areas of her practice.  She continually strives to develop her knowledge with an eye to providing our clients with exceptional service and outcomes.

Fiona has taken a key role in the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners and is a member of the Emerging Trust Estate Practitioners sub-committee.
