Ben is a member of the firm's transaction section. He has a wide range of experience in corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on taxation and superannuation. He provides advice on business structuring and restructuring, general tax planning and personal and business succession planning. He has been involved in major restructures, mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries and also has extensive experience in intellectual property and franchising matters.
